Alan is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of progressively responsible experience in the construction industry, including Business Unit Management, Construction Management Operations, Preconstruction, Estimating, Scheduling, Marketing, and Business Development. His leadership organization, and communication skills play a significant role in building and assisting an effective project team.
John Bencosme, Chief Financial Officer
John has served as CFO since 2015. Prior to joining Wright-Ryan, John spent the last 12 years in New York City overseeing finance, accounting, technology, and risk management for several firms performing ground-up construction, high-end residential building and interior fit-outs. His experience includes leading significant operational and financial improvements, and he is adept at utilizing the latest technology to drive growth and productivity
Greg Lanou, Corporate Vice President
Greg has been constructing and restoring buildings throughout Maine and beyond for the past thirty-five years.
He is grateful to have worked with so many creative and professional people on some of the region’s most interesting and beautiful properties.
Kim Foglio, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, VP of Human Resources
Kim has over 25 years of Human Resources experience working with local organizations in the fields of heath care and manufacturing. Her focus as an HR Leader is to foster a culture of transparency, trust, and respect within an organization to develop high performing, engaged teams. She is passionate about giving back to her community and currently serves as a board member of Milestone Recovery and as an Olympia’s Leader Advisor for the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute. In her free time, Kim enjoys hiking, kayaking, yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
Greg Greenwald, Vice President of Wright-Ryan Homes
As Vice President of Wright-Ryan Homes, Greg’s construction experience lends itself to effective management of our project teams. He ensures that communication is clear and consistent with clients and team members while providing innovative solutions to complex details for our talented craftspeople. Greg’s knowledge, dedication, and breadth of experience adds significant value to our team. Previously, Greg led our Preconstruction Services and Project Development teams for nearly a decade.
Cordelia Pitman, RA, LEED AP BD+C, VP of Project Development
Cordelia has led Wright-Ryan’s Commercial Preconstruction Services team for over a decade. She directs a seasoned team of estimators and preconstruction managers that develops detailed estimates, cost-benefit analysis, and other critical pricing models for complex, large-scale projects. Cordelia’s experience as a Registered Architect ensures that communication is clear, consistent, and conclusive – strengthening relationships with clients and partners and leading to more successful projects.
Marc Bourgeois, VP of Commercial Select Projects
Marc leads the Select Projects Group – a specialized line of business developed by Wright-Ryan to address demand in the marketplace for tailored service on commercial fit-ups, renovations, and new construction. The Select Projects Group delivers quality results for a wide range of clientele on projects that require innovative solutions to complex challenges. Marc is known for his ability to build strong relationships with clients, business partners, and community members and for his dedication to unrivaled customer service.
Alyssa Parker, LEED AP BD+C, VP of Project Management
Alyssa leads Wright-Ryan’s Commercial Project Management group. The team includes a deep bench of Project Managers and Project Engineers, in addition to Commercial Business Management and Project Management Assistant staff. Alyssa has over two decades of design and construction experience in senior management roles overseeing large teams on complex projects. Her knowledge, dedication, and breadth of experience add significant value to any team.
Jeff Heseltine, VP of Field Operations
Jeff has led the company’s growing Field Operations Division (FOD) and self-performance group since 2012. Wright-Ryan’s self-performance capabilities offer clear cost, quality, and scheduling advantages to our clients and partners and make a critical difference in our ability to secure and execute work. In addition to providing internal support to the company’s residential and commercial teams, FOD has been highly successful in providing direct service to customers. Jeff ensures that Wright-Ryan remains highly competitive in pricing and quality to provide the highest levels of value and service.
Kevin Griffeth, Safety & Quality Control Officer
Kevin leads the company’s Safety and Warranty efforts and has been a team member at Wright-Ryan since 1992. He also helps advance the company’s commitment to quality control processes – supporting greater attention to detail, elevated material selection and superior execution in the field. This results in increased client satisfaction and reduced warranty callback frequency.
Holly Prellwitz, Accounting Manager
Holly enjoys accounting and math because it is “consistent and reliable.” Her strategic approach to financial accounting and dedication to customer service contribute to the company’s success. One of the professional accomplishments that she is most proud of is helping the Wright-Ryan office go paperless. Holly is also passionate about the company’s commitment to the environment and community service. When she’s not at work, Holly can be found snowboarding or hiking with her family.
Wes Rollins, General Superintendent
Wes has been praised by building owners for his coordination and planning abilities. Wes will help conduct constructability reviews and will be involved in preconstruction planning and scheduling. He collaborates with the Superintendent during the construction phase to ensure safety and clear communication is paramount. He makes sure subcontractors are managed with professionalism to guarantee quality.
Ryan Knowles, Director of Information Technology
Ryan has provided leadership and support on significant I.T., systems, and software initiatives at Wright-Ryan since 2003. His commitment to continuous improvement ensures that clients and partners benefit from the latest technologies and leading-edge service and support. Ryan’s strategic focus and vision adds tremendous value to the Wright-Team.
Jeanne manages all aspects of risk for the company and continues to support all the various divisions at Wright-Ryan. Throughout her career, she has always been involved in the construction industry from working in the accounting department of a millwork company, to office manager of a large do-it-yourself store, to working with her husband in their construction company.
Jim Giberson, Senior Director of Marketing and Strategy
Jim supports the development and achievement of commercial business development goals and company strategic objectives. Jim develops and implements plans in collaboration with company leaders and fellow employee owners to expand targeted marketing efforts, to advance strategic planning, and to improve strategy execution.
