Wright-Ryan was hired to perform construction management services on an occupied campus adjacent to the school’s dormitories. The project included the construction of a 105,000 square foot, three-story athletics complex for the University of New England. The Forum includes a full-size ice hockey rink, a 1,200-seat performance gymnasium, practice courts, a 900-seat ice arena, locker rooms, concessions, a fitness center, offices, classrooms, and meeting rooms. The multi-purpose athletic courts double as space for performances and events. The combined seating capacity of the entire building is 3,000 people.
