Portland Country Club

Wright-Ryan completed off-season renovations on an accelerated schedule to enhance the clubhouse of this private, member-owned country club, founded in 1895 and located on Falmouth Foreside, Maine. The scope of work included new interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements completed via Design-Build delivery, and window and building envelope upgrades. Wright-Ryan drove the schedule while ensuring ongoing operations could continue, including keeping the club’s dining facilities and offices open throughout construction.
