Wright-Ryan constructed a new 3-story, 55,000 square foot LEED Certified administrative office building for the Maine Turnpike Authority. This new construction condenses their operations into a single building. The LEED aspects of this building include bicycle storage to encourage alternative transportation, preferred parking for low emitting & fuel efficient vehicles, storm water management quantity control, an efficient roof system, light pollution reduction, and reduction in potable water use.
