This project prepared for the consolidation of the staff from the former One City Center location in downtown Portland. It required careful removal of a large printing press in the center of the floor. Once the press was removed and the hole in the floor was filled, Wright-Ryan continued the renovation that provides breakout spaces for groups, private areas for calls, and a welcoming open-office concept.
