The Lewiston Hampton Inn is a 52,620 square foot property featuring 93 standard and suite-style guest rooms. This four-story hotel also includes a heated indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a 650 square foot meeting room, and a 24-hour business center. The project received LEED Gold Certification for new construction, a goal set in the early stages of the project during pre-construction and estimating. The project schedule was approximately 10 months. Upon completion, this project was recognized by the Maine Real Estate and Development Association with the 2014 Notable Project Award.
