Elm Terrace is a 44,814 square foot historic renovation of the former Children’s Hospital in the Historic District of Portland. This building now includes 38 units of affordable family housing and a new addition to tie into the historic building. The basement level includes storage, community space, and a nursery. Wright-Ryan Construction’s renovation of Elm Terrace involved preservation of historic details with upgrades to modern amenities, all of which met the LEED Platinum standard. The prime location affords tenants the luxury of walking a short distance to grocery stores, local restaurants, coffee shops, and museums.
