Wright-Ryan first performed an existing-conditions inspection, then reported findings to the owner & architect and discussed temporary weatherization packages. By using our own working crew, we were able to make all improvements to the beautiful historic Knox Hotel and go a step beyond the original planned work by repairing each of the windows.  We completed the work all within one month’s time. We were subsequently hired for rolling renovations of each apartment.
