The client’s expectations were high: build a 110-room, 70,000 square foot hotel on a site abutting a waterfall in the heart of an urban landscape, during the winter months.  The hotel opened on time and was immediately recognized as a significant landmark in downtown Auburn. Because of Wright-Ryan’s success on this project, we were asked to return four years later to build a 30-room, 6-story addition and have since built several other projects for the owners.
