Wright-Ryan provided a repeat client with design-build services for a large hotel project.  The new hotel and suites span 73,000 square feet and include 112 rooms.  Many of the components of the building were fabricated off site, decreasing the amount of time in the field and allowing the client to take advantage of peak season occupancy.  The project features many sustainable attributes, including a white roof, highly efficient mechanical systems, efficient lighting controls, and local and recycled materials.  These features, among others, were used to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
