As a growing communications firm, Diversified Communications came to Wright-Ryan to help renovate their building into a creative office space. Project features included added work space, re-working the existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to fit the new layout, and new glass office systems.

Wright-Ryan later completed additional work throughout the building.  The scope of work included miscellaneous demolition, new glazing partitions, glass and metal doors, carpeting, painting, relocation of sprinkler heads, electrical, heating and ventilation modifications to meet new layouts, as well as a new Fitness Center.

All work was done while the building was occupied and operations were uninterrupted.  “Another challenging logistical matter has involved efforts to load-in and load-out materials and waste without any onsite parking or other storage lots. Our in-town location presented the difficulty of only having limited on-street parking available.  Yet, the on and off loading have proceeded without a noticeable hitch, thanks to your extra efforts and work with various subcontractors,” commented client Paul Clancy, Executive VP and CFO of Diversified Communications.
