Wright-Ryan oversaw the complete renovation of Cumberland County Federal Credit Union’s existing branch on Washington Avenue in Portland, Maine. The scope included a new entry, exterior insulation, and siding. In addition, the banking hall, teller line, and all offices were completely updated in the branch’s interior. The project features TRESPA® Panels, installed on the entry tower and lobby wall. All work was completed in phases to maintain operations throughout construction activities.
