Newly constructed office space featuring open workstations mixed with numerous conference rooms and smaller “huddle” rooms. The 25,000 square foot single story steel structure has an on-site café and gym with an abundance of natural light. This was part of a broader three-project redevelopment on a 7-acre property on outer Congress Street. Having concurrent projects on the same site required specialized site coordination and allocation of resources.
