Wright-Ryan Construction developed this 27,000 square foot, 27-unit mixed-income structure on top of an existing one story parking garage. Funding was supported by MaineHousing. This project was located on a busy Portland arterial route, so scheduling around the traffic proved to be the most challenging aspect of the job. Casco Terrace’s rich architectural elements of red brick, balconies, lintels, and decorative metal railings mirrors the historic buildings of the neighborhood.
