Bowdoin College’s Harpswell Road Student Apartments consists of three (3) separate 15,800 square foot buildings that can house up to 132 students. The structures, designed and built to Passive House standards, include seven separate apartments per building as well as a central community space. This project came directly on the heels of another Wright-Ryan Construction project on the Bowdoin campus, the Park Row Student Apartments.
