Wright-Ryan collaborated with Mid Coast Medical Group (MCMG) and JHR Development to construct this 20,000-square-foot new medical office building. Located on Center Street in downtown Bath, Maine, the project bordered the city’s historical district and included extensive site work to level a sloped grade. Careful coordination between two different architects and separate design packages was also required for the exterior and interior fit-up. The new medical facility enhances the delivery of the Patient-Centered Medical Home model.
