The renovations for Bates College outfitted the Hedge Hall and Roger Williams Hall with student classrooms, thesis areas, research areas, common spaces, faculty offices, and new department locations.

Wright-Ryan fit new steel structures into the buildings without removing the existing floor and wall systems, installed new valence heating units, and tied everything together neatly and efficiently to finish. All work was done quickly on an open campus, without disruption to on-going activities. Wright-Ryan recycled project waste, used low VOC products, and created flooring and finishes with recycled materials. Work was completed on time.
