This new construction of an 8-unit, 10,000 square-foot structure in Portland’s historic Munjoy Hill neighborhood offers affordable housing with covered parking spaces and an outdoor patio. Middle-income buyers are treated to an open floor plan with individual air source heat pumps, high-grade hardwood flooring, and plenty of natural sunlight. Wright-Ryan’s preconstruction process, combined with efficient scheduling and teamwork, allowed this project to be completed six weeks early.
