PORTLAND, MAINE – Wright-Ryan is serving as Construction Manager for Developer Jim Brady to convert the former headquarters of the Portland Press Herald into the Press Hotel. The locally-managed boutique hotel will be part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection. The property will also feature numerous locally-rooted artisans, such as Angela Adams, Matt Hutton of STUDIO 24b, and James Beard award-winners Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier of M.C.
