Park Street Lofts was a renovation of a 5-story shoe factory into 34 studio condominiums in Saco. Each of the floors was broken up into 7 units with 6 units on the first floor to allow for a community room. The units measure approximately 1,600 square feet and are open concept with a kitchen, bath and washer-dryer hookup. To reduce loads on the floors we employed a unique material called geo-foam to level the floors prior to pouring concrete slabs. We replaced nearly 300 windows, resided the building, created new entries and stairways, and installed an elevator.
