Northern New England’s largest practice of eye physicians and surgeons required a 10,000 square foot medical fit-up for their new Stroudwater location to accommodate their growing Oculoplastics and Aesthetic Divisions. The building was fully occupied and operational during construction, and the work was completed without disrupting any aspect of the practice. The billing department was able to move into their space ahead of schedule, giving them time to settle in before the exam rooms were open to patients.
