Wright-Ryan has partnered with the owners of this facility for projects throughout northern New England. Tall Pines consists of 34,000 square feet and 30 units total with a breakdown of 16 congregate and 14 assisted units. The building contains a small rehabilitation center, beauty salon, a full commercial kitchen and two dining rooms.  Each dining room has its own patio with wooded views bringing the natural surroundings outside that much closer to the residents.  The building also contains a library, crafts room and several informal sitting areas designed to bring a high level of social interaction to the residents. Tracing the perimeter of the property is a nature path which winds through the woods past a rare American Chestnut tree preserved during construction.
